Founded in 1950 by the visionary Mr. Sunderlal Bansal, our company began as a modest trading house with a commitment to delivering high-quality dyes and chemicals to the Indian textile industry. ,The next chapter of our journey was led by Mr. Suresh Chand Bansal, whose vision and leadership took the business to new heights. Under his guidance, the company expanded its market presence and strengthened its foundation for future growth. In 2016, we achieved a major milestone by establishing our state-of-the-art Pigment Emulsion manufacturing facility, transforming from a trusted distributor into a leading manufacturer of premium pigment emulsions.

Today, with over 75 years of industry excellence, our high-capacity manufacturing facility produces more than 100 tons of premium Pigment Emulsions every month, serving customers across India. We remain committed to delivering high-purity dyes, pigments, and specialty chemical solutions that empower the textile and manufacturing industries through consistent quality, innovation, reliability, and sustainable practices.
